We strive to exceed your expectation by providing meticulously clean, high end accommodations with exceptional quality and comfort. Our properties are centrally located in Harpswell and Topsham, Maine and are available year round for daily and monthly rental periods.

Our Properties
Our properties include options to suit everyone's style and needs such as: one and two bedroom loft apartments, an oceanfront "glamp" cottage, and a two-bedroom/two-bath modern oceanfront cottage. All of our rentals have been uniquely designed and built with a modern flare. You will find many amenities that you would expect from a functioning home like outdoor space and furniture, stocked kitchens/kitchenettes, linens and towels, washer/dryer, and consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
Our properties can accommodate up to eight guests. Four of our rental options are located on two separate properties in Harpswell (three on one property and one on another), and three are located on two separate properties in Topsham (2 on one property and one on another). One of the Harpswell properties can accommodate up to 8 guests, and will be your own private one acre oceanfront/view oasis for the duration of your stay. This is a perfect way to travel with family and friends, but still have your own personal space to retreat.

Loft at Augusta Road, Topsham
We loved staying in the Loft! The apartment is beautiful and beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave. We appreciated all of the effort that was put into creating such a welcoming place. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed to cook and eat (except for the food). The bathroom had a modern, walk-in shower, two sinks and lovely cabinetry. We did love the Loft and would return.

The Area
All of our rentals are a great home base for many of Maine's top destinations such as L.L. Bean Flagship Store (15-25 minutes), Bowdoin College/International Music Festival/Maine State Music Theater (10 minutes), Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Boothbay Harbor (45-55 minute). Staying local is also a great option! The local area has spectacular ocean and beach sightseeing opportunities, 26 public hiking trails with many along the coast, boutique shops, fresh farmer's markets, and delicious seafood eateries.
